2025 m. sausio 15 d. Klaipėdos miesto globos namuose įvyko LAT–LIT projekto „ElderGuardian“ (Nr. LL-00206) partnerių susitikimas, skirtas antrojo projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpio rezultatų pristatymui. Susitikimo metu buvo apžvelgta projekto pažanga bei pristatyti pasiekti praktiniai rezultatai.
Antrojo projekto laikotarpio metu buvo sėkmingai įvykdyti viešieji pirkimai, įsigyta projekto veikloms reikalinga techninė įranga. Ji buvo sukonfigūruota ir sumontuota BĮ Klaipėdos miesto globos namų patalpose, atsižvelgiant į įstaigos infrastruktūrą bei gyventojų ir personalo poreikius. Įgyvendinimo eigoje susidurta su įvairiais techniniais ir organizaciniais iššūkiais, tačiau glaudaus bendradarbiavimo su tiekėjais ir partneriais dėka jie buvo operatyviai ir sėkmingai išspręsti.
Į šį susitikimą buvo pakviesti projekto partneriai iš Latvijos (Ventspilio globos namai „Selga” ir Ventspilio savivaldybės projektų skyriaus darbuotojai), kuriems pristatyti įdiegti technologiniai sprendimai, jų veikimo principai bei pirmosios įžvalgos apie taikymą praktikoje. Susitikimas tapo svarbiu etapu apibendrinant antrojo projekto laikotarpio rezultatus ir simboliškai užbaigė antrąjį projekto „ElderGuardian“ įgyvendinimo etapą.
On 15 January 2025, a partners’ meeting of the LAT–LIT project “ElderGuardian” (No. LL-00206) took place at Klaipėda City Nursing Home, dedicated to presenting the results of the second project implementation period. During the meeting, the project progress was reviewed and the achieved practical results were presented.
During the second project implementation period, public procurement procedures were successfully carried out and the technical equipment required for the project activities was purchased. The equipment was configured and installed at the premises of Klaipėda City Nursing Home, taking into account the institution’s infrastructure as well as the needs of residents and staff. Throughout the implementation process, various technical and organisational challenges were encountered; however, through close cooperation with suppliers and project partners, they were promptly and successfully resolved.
Project partners from Latvia (Ventspils Nursing Home “Selga” and staff members of the Ventspils Municipality Project Department) were invited to this meeting. The implemented technological solutions, their operating principles, and initial insights into their practical application were presented to them. The meeting marked an important milestone in summarising the results of the second project implementation period and symbolically concluded the second phase of the “ElderGuardian” project.
